Taxi Cab Complaints

Only take Taxi Cab Complaints for customers that are benefit card holders. If the customer is a benefit card holder, we will only take complaints of the following:
1. The driver failed to take the Brinks Card for payment.
2. The rider is reporting a form of abuse from the driver.
If the above criteria are not met, please refer the customer directly to the Taxi Cab Company.
