The Application for City funding for Case Management Services and Safety net Services open  for new applications every 3 years.  Renewal take place on an annual basis.
The application cycle for 2026 awards will be open through August 2025. Please the Application page for more information.


Eligibility requirements include:

Comprehensive case management services that provide a single point of accountability and coordinated access to multiple services to address the needs of individuals/households; and target at-risk residents
Target primarily low/moderate income residents (<80% AMI) with greatest needs and barriers to accessing services, using a racial equity lens
Documentation of services and progress toward case plan goals, regular meetings with participants, and connections to additional services needed to ensure self sufficiency and wellness for at-risk residents, primarily lower income individuals and families.
Applications are reviewed by the Social Services Committee; funding recommendations will be developed and sent to City Council for approval.
