The Divvy bikes are not required to be returned to a Divvy bike docking station. This is to make Divvy bikes more useful to people who live in areas that don't have the volume of bike riders to justify a docking station or where there isn't a good place to locate a station. 

The City does not remove or relocate the Divvy bikes.
