Post-Launch - City Website Inquiries

Thank you for contacting 311 about the City website. The site has recently moved to a new platform to improve accessibility and make it easier to find information. We appreciate your patience through this transition as we continue improving the site.

Helpful information:

  • Website feedback: We welcome your comments via the Report a Website Issue form, also located in the footer under “Site Links.”

  • Search functions: Search results may take some time to fully recalibrate. In the meantime, we invite you to use the updated menu navigation.

  • Page URLs: Some URLs have changed. If you have bookmarked pages, we recommend updating them accordingly.

  • Meeting agendas & information: All Board, Commission, and Committee meeting information and documents can now be found in the Meeting Portal.

  • Document archives: Archival documents are available in the Document Center, which is home to the City Clerk’s Office’s ongoing digitization work. If you cannot find a specific document, please submit a FOIA request.

We know transitions like this can sometimes cause temporary issues, but these updates provide long-term benefits, including improved accessibility, easier navigation, and more reliable access to information. Our staff are actively working to make the transition as smooth as possible.
