Any vehicle operated for the transportation of persons or property in furtherance of any commercial or industrial enterprise, for hire or not for hire, not including, however, a recreational vehicle not being used commercially It shall be unlawful for any person to park a commercial vehicle or bus in any block in the City in which more than one-half (½) of the buildings are used for residential purposes. This restriction shall be in effect between nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M., every day.
