Parking tickets may be paid by mail, in person, by phone or online.

• By Mail: Send a check or Money Order to the Collectors office at 2100 Ridge Ave, Evanston IL. 60201. 

• In Person: Go to the Collector's Office at 2100 Ridge Ave Room 1300.

• By Phone: Call 844-206-8080. It will ask you for an account number which would be your ticket Number, then for a zip code which would be 60201.
